Just been delivering meds waiting for the normal Thursday morning server maintenance which never came. I probably missed a notice somewhere, but I think that's the first Thursday I have played and not been forced to take a break.

Ah Ha, just thinking FD probably stick to GMT and of course the UK clocks went back last weekend. So I am guessing it happened at 9am my time and not 8am as I have become accustomed to over the last 7 months?

Fought off two separate interdiction attacks, first by a Python, second by a FAS just like mine. Now I'm chillin' in the hangar of... HellifIknowsville.

Tonight I tried CQC and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. As I've read, the matchmaking can be a bit delicate but overall it was OK.
If you haven't tried it and like small ship combat, I can't recommend it enough and even though there are some good players, I at least, was holding my own pretty quick.

Just looking at my HUD in mid-space and rapidly losing interest in playing at all, since I'm being force-fed planetary missions in Pleiades which I can't even do (vanilla game only, no Horizons). GG Braben.

I am really really looking and wanting to find some other people that are geared and engineered and wanting to kill some Thargoids. It's clearly being done by folks in the game. I can't be the only one in Mobius that has a ship ready to go to do this.
