I kinda skipped the entire engineer frenzy of last summer!

I did too, though starting up around November and getting my ship all engineered was, actually, the most interest I had had for a good long time. It was nice to have some specific goals to shoot for

There are still plenty of engineers I could unlock, too... haven't done anything with missiles, yet...

As to where to go next, dunno what to tell you. Do it all! Shields, dirty drives, weapons, it all feels fairly worthwhile to me. Though I wasn't exactly in a hurry, so I didn't really have the same sort of stress that I heard some people talking about on the forums, earlier in the process.

Thanks for the advice! I think the key here is that I need to take my time, the way this is designed is meant to be done over the span of months and since I am playing catch up now I do feel somewhat stressed. For now I unlocked Elvira Martuk and did level 3 FSD range upgrades in my Anaconda and my Corvette. My next goal is to upgrade the vette's shields. As my vette is not engineer enhanced it had a hard time taking on serious opponents, so for now I am employing the assistance of an SLF.

Anacond and vette have the same FSD/Thrusters/Power Distributor/Shields/Life support so you can swap between them and you do not need to have duplicate modules. I do the same with the Python and Asp

Made a recent venture out to 17 Draconis, made a nice bit of credits and ended the war there.. so CG will have to do as a money-maker for now.

Arriving in the Colonia system after mammoth 6hr sesh and a 2 month trip from the bubble to Sag A to Jaques Station and the 1st CMDR I see after jumping in is a bloody great 'Conda with his teeth out. To say I was freakin' right out would not even be close!

Then getting knocked about in the station by god knows what.

Could not get inside the hanger quick enough in what is left of my AspE.

Too late now for alcohol so just sitting here spazzing out on adrenalin.

I've been working on opening up more engineers for the last couple of nights. Became unfriendly with my first faction after killing a lot of their ships while getting allied to Sirius

It took me this long to notice that there are no speed limits on anarchy stations.
Or at least there was none at HIP 14211 / Williams Dock. Had no time to try on another anarchy station as the servers went down.

NEWS to me, ty. Can confirm no speed limits at Padh will check when I arrive Yaw. No fine for speeding not sure if that applies to a collision causing Death.
