I am expecting it, whether it's human or not. Fortunately I've got a decent enough scoop so i don't have to stay in a system for long. I'm hoping that I won't have to worry about much once there.

WAT? You need about 300 MCr of exploration data to get to Elite. That's couple of lazy trips to Sag A* and back. Or one week of evenings spent on Road to Riches.

I am exploration Elite.
The grind i talk about is to unlock the combat rank. I get bored fast when doing pew pew, so after 2 years playing i'm like expert, or master.. i don't even remember

First one was eventful, second one not so much.
Going to head over to the third then back to trying to "break in" to Col70.

Did the last days the TechBroker-Hunt and got now all Extra-Techs from Human and Guardian Techbrokers, fitted almost every ship with the new Powerplants and maxed my ASP-Explorer with the new Engineer-Stats.
Also upgraded my FDL-Weapons to the new Engineer-Stats and last but not least fittet a Chieftain just for the case i want to play a bit with that thing

PS: If you want to do the Guardian-Techbroker-Hunt, do it at HD 63154, because its more easy to get the Loot from the Sentinels. After you got all Sentinel-Loot, visit the old Guardian-Sites and do the Scan all Obelisk and relog-Thing. You will get all blueprint from scanning also...

Back in the bubble. Loaded up the Type-9 with water purifiers for Weyn Dock. After that delivery I might try and cash in on some skimmer kill missions, or just keep delivering supplies.
