Just got pulled over by the flower police while bumbling through the Pleiades.

Testing out 2.3 of course
Managed to find a ship to hop into. Went into the fighter; was ok but a bit glitchy. My weapons didn't fire as fast as normal (pulses), I wasn't seeing rewards pop up (although I was able to collect them at the end), I got blown up before I was shot at (lag) and messages were duplicating on the comms panel. Oh and slight rubber banding when first entering the RES.
All in all, was pretty fun though.

Playing with 2.3 now. Also considering doing powerplay for a bit. Wouldn't mind trying out the prismatic shields and packhounds for my trade cutter. I like the idea of bigger shields in a smaller slot, and packhounds just look cool! So I'll be bouncing around doing whatever catches my fancy at the moment. Cheers!

Figuring out why the game is now running at 15fps where it was 45-60 yesterday...?!?
I fully realise my PC is not very powerful, but massive change Batman!

I can't help you there mines still sync locked at 60fps in everything I've done upto now

It's all good now, I just redid the graphical settings from low and moving them up. It's running as it used to again. I think the biggest change came from draw-distance, but I changed too much to be entirely sure.

Hehe what are you hauling? Maybe they like your paintjob or something. Pull you over for a screenshot.
Not happened to me yet. Couple of times went in the area to see if I get pulled, but after some time jumping around got bored and went elsewhere.

Getting really annoyed with the 4k bug on the galaxy map. SO difficult to plot a course....

Hehe what are you hauling?

2 unknown artefacts, 2 unknown probes, 4 meta alloys, 4 ancient orbs, 4 ancient caskets, 4 ancients urns, 4 ancient tablets, 4 ancient totems, and 4 ancient relics. And a lot of guns, the number of pirate NPCs is rather high.

Edit: Also found the cure for MODS and tried to deliver it, but the Hutton Orbital Truckers did not accept delivery:



Tossed it into the nearest black hole now.

Got hit by the frame rate bug. Very annoying and unstable. Also, the API no longer exports the engineering modifications, it's hard to know what exactly happened to the ship overall now. I'm quite disappointed with this patch unsurprisingly, it was the same when 2.2 came out. Took them months to fix it properly, I expect the same to happen now.
