Travelled back home to Empire space after my sojourn in Alliance space, sold all the Rare's I picked up around Zaonce for around 1M profit.

KK, well I brought a fuel scoop but had to get rid of 4 cargo blocks but I still have 96 cargo blocks

So, how do I use my fuel scoop?

Fly close to a big firey ball......Like when you exit after a jump.....

You'll see it kick in......

Go slow at first...Till you get the hang of it.....And keep an eye on ya six as well as your temperature......As you might get interdicted

The higher rated the scoop the quicker you will scoop fuel......

Thank you. I just refuelled but yeah I had to get super close to the sun. It took about three attempts as I kept having to break off to let the ship cool. My scoop collects at 18.00/s, and I got interdicted but NPCs are stupid and easy to get away from.

That's where a top rated scoop comes in handy.....

I think I have an A4 scoop on my FDL......That collects upto about 300/s I think.....

Temp rarely goes above 70.......

I had an E rated scoop. Just brought myself an A2 scoop. I have to try it out tomorrow as I have to go to bed now.
