I did the last 66% in a few hours.

Top tip - use an Asp Explorer with an engineered FSD, one 6C first class passenger cabin, an Advanced Discovery Scanner, and a fuel scoop. Take high paying sightseeing missions from a system where you are allied with all factions, and do one mission at a time. I was getting missions paying 10, 12 or even 18 million CR for three locations, and sometimes just for two locations - work that mission board! I calculated this gave the best payout for the shortest time. Don't bother scanning anything (unless the target system needs it, in which case honk your ADS). Don't take the missions where the passengers are wanted.

I'm doing nothing in game now as I'm about to finish work but after 3 days off, one travelling to a wedding, one for attending said wedding and one desperatly clinging on to this mortal coil as alcohol ravaged my internal organs, I'm definitely strapping into that cockpit tonight...

Found a mission in Ugrivirii (I happened to be allied to most there) for 19.3 mil.
Was a few hundred ly but for 20 mil, not so bad.

However the broad was miserable from the jump, managed to get scanned coming out of the station....

That mission alone got me from 10% ranger to 34%..
Maybe using a cutter wasn't the most brilliant idea, although the class 7 scoop was nice on this one.
