Just finishing off a Ceos/Sothis run that I started last night in my shiny new Python that I stripped to the bone! 8 mins left on one of the missions, cutting it close!
Btw anyone know to what extent the Ceos run has been nerfed in the beta?

Now imma find the rank up mission for the feds and finally have a trip out to Sol

Just playing around in a Corvette in beta. Did a visual tour of the exterior and was surprised by all the windows up front. It sure would be cool to take a long walk up to the front of the ship, or maybe see passengers moving around through the windows (of course, the same goes for all those windows in the stations).

Checking out material drops in Conflict Zones while testing out Level 5 Overcharged Multi-Cannons and Weapons Focused Distributor on the Vette. Things seem to die much quicker now. I really like that.

Doing some Sothis runs in my Cutter, not because I need the cash but because I haven't done any of these before. 50 million CR per run is nice, though.

It's a fun change of pace when you haven't done it in a while (or ever). I did a Sothis run this morning too (great minds think alike, Phillipus). It had been a couple of months since I'd been out that way.

I just finished modding the Vette's shield boosters. I stayed away from Engineer mods for the longest time, but after the patch a couple of months ago that made the grind easier I decided to see what all the fuss was about. Now I'm kinda addicted to modding my ships. Here's where the Vette is at so far:

FSD range lvl 5, dirty drive thrusters lvl 3, overcharged & corrosive multi-cannons lvl 4, thermal resistant shields lvl 5, resistance augmented shield boosters lvl 3 mixed with heavy duty shield boosters lvl 3, overcharged power plant lvl 1, charge enhanced power distributor lvl 3.

Damn engineers! I think I'm enjoying the mods because gathering the goodies for the next couple of mods I want to do gives me a goal in the game. And as always... if it feels like a grind, stop doing it!
