It's bigger than it looks - there are Landing pads (&missile batteries) on both sides.

The high intensity CZ's NPC Crimsom ships are getting deadlier again. I was able to wing up half of the time with Mobius commanders but I observed the enemy ship pilot ranking climb up to master & deadly levels. Wing up as much as possible in the high CZ's - or failing that - the low intensity CZ may be a better hunting ground for smaller/single ships.

I've had to configure my Viper3 for long range combat - burst lasers & missiles. Now using my close range multi-cannon weapon only when the target is being focused fired on by other commanders or OOM NPC ships.

Stick with the big friendly ships all the time & and stay behind them. Do pick off the smaller faster ships nipping at their behinds though

And don't go it alone. I made the stupid mistake of going lone ranger on the far left side of the high CZ and ended up being chased by 5-7 Crimsom ships. The smallest one was twice my size

Actually i ALMOST felt sorry for the enemy. So much lasers in the air that you couldn't even see the eneny ships sometimes

Took a break from the killing. Went prospecting with Lady Jayne to find synthesis materials. Still trying to figure out what all this crafting thing is about. Managed to get about 4 multi-Canon ammo reloads.
So now, I can kill for longer.

I'll probably do some trading myself after doing an hour or two in the CZs today. Keeps the mind fresh, I find hypercruise relaxing . Will catch up with you guys later in the war zone.
