I hit the 20 million today, I bought the lifetime thing JIT.

Unsure of what to do, but I think I'll keep doing the CG in Dakshmandi atm. Still looking for a more automated loadout though; carpal (tenosynovitis) on both hands couldn't keep up with the Anaconda. Gonna have to go get it checked to an orthopedist again when I get the time.

Should I go for full turreted pulses? Gimballed?

I have 3 turretted and two gimballed pulse on the SS Danger Noodle. Just too hard to keep the smaller ships in front of me. I have two medium turrets up top, and one large on bottom, so I have 360 degree coverage to wear them down a bit until I can line up all 5.

Not epic stopping power, and not as great on shields as beams, but I have zero heat issues, and the power consumption isn't too bad either.

If I were fighting nothing but pytons and larger, I might switch to fixed, but I really like my turrets. I was also able to just kind of idle along while they did the work on some eagles while I was typing in the comms panel when things weren't too hectic tonight.

You could also go full turretted beams and set to fire-at-will for the Disco Conda! (I forget who called it that in comms tonight, but I dig it.)

I might just go for gimballed pulses and bursts in that case; turreted, disco beams might be a little too hot even for an Anaconda lol. I still want beams though.

Anyway, had some good runs with other CMDRS (mostly Schmobius and Flame) earlier in the Dakshmandi CG. Transferred from LCZ to HCZ later on, which didn't seem to have much difference aside from spawn rates (which is barely noticeable).

my Siren (fighting conda) has gimballed pulses on everything but the C1s, which are gimballled beams. turrets caused me nothing but trouble, but the gimbals rock.

i went the other way, and had more luck finding Elite/Deadly enemies in the LICZ. of course the random number genny has a lot to do with it too
