Horizons for free

I looked online because I defiantly did not pay for horizons but somehow have it. I found one other person who claimed this happened too it only lasted for two hours for him I've had it all day I'll check tonight if I still have it. Anyone else heard of this

yeah ive heard of it also, I would not be surprised if frontier are enabling horizons on purpose to entice those who have not upgraded to it.

I haven't tried any of it yet but if I still have it when I log on later maybe I'll try landing on a planet

That's what I'm saying. I cannot understand the CMDRs that have played the game for months and still don't own Horizons.. It's WELL worth it.

When I first bought the game and entered my code I could swear it showed me a $19.99 price for Horizons. I didn't think anything of it at the time. On subsequent visits (the next day) it then showed me $29.99. Maybe it's my faulty memory but I just haven't been able to shake that from my head.
I imagine I'll get it at some point but I feel like I need to get my feet underneath me first.

I had it all day yesterday it's gone now haha trying to lure me into buying it which I will be doing sometime this week anyway. I just Dident right off the hop because I Dident know if I would like the game but after the couple weeks I've played I'm hooked.

It doesn't honestly feel like an expansion anymore to me, it is rather seamless in the game.
It would honestly feel odder to not land, and I guess I did before they launched horizons as well.
And whenever I feel utterly bored from trading, combat or running missions etc I still get my monies worth by simply picking an interesting moon and go barreling across the lanscape,
I just turn the wave scanner, shields etc off on the buggy and just drive across the landscape.
And with VR I just turn the hud off completely when I do this.

I agree, I couldn't play without Horizons now. When i tried out a VR unit at my buddy's house it seemed off that I could not land on a planet as he was without it.
