Much as I love my ship, seeing "rapidly turning" in the same sentence as Cutter is hilarious.

Harm is a little light on the higher class A-rated kit, especially if you are planning to build a battle-cutter. HIP 20342/Bowen City (46 LY) and Gliese 9073/Gresley Orbital (56 LY) both have the LYR rebate and a nice selection.

Harm is where I just got my cutter, still sitting there as it has next to nothing to upgrade it.
