How many hours have you logged?

I took a look in my right hand panel stats and saw this:
Approximate Time Played: 19W 2D 8H 6M
That's, er, 3,248 hours.
And you?

I'm not sure, as during my first week, Steam reported 600 hours. But there has not been a 24 hour period since I got the game that I have not played.

Steam doesn't count hours played but wether you have the launcher running, since that is the process steam starts.
Elite does however list time played in the bottom section of your game stats and those numbers are in game and regardless of save resets.

10w 2d 2h 30m, but I did a save wipe just before Horizons, no idea what I had in the counter before that.

That would explain it! I always have the launcher running.

That number includes your former commander as well, it's a bit odd I guess.
I guess personally I am at 9w 3d.
(Took a glance last week and I was at 9w2d and some change, and I'm not in game atm.
