.. to continue to like this game. I seem to be enjoying thinking about playing it more then I am actually playing it. There are a few things that are starting to bug me. NPC's who seem to be able to outmanoeuvre any ship I own, constantly spamming chaff so that when I do eventually get them in my sights I can't hit them, adding to that their absolutely deadly aim with any fixed weapon. The moment you have any cargo in your hold having near constant interdictions, normally with a wing of at least 2 ships that even with an a-rated Python feels more like a Sidewinder for how long its shields and hull get whittled away. NPC's that never seem to have to reload projectile weapons can can fire with impunity.
I can't even do a salvage mission now without a wing of 4 (two pythons and a couple of smaller ships, my shields down in less then 10 seconds. I wasn't even able to turn to face them before the went (4 pips to shields)) which has caused me to rage quit and start this rant!
Sorry I need to get this off of my chest. I just can't seem to find the enjoyment in this game any more with the overly aggressive, 'aim that can only be done by a computer' and manoeuvring that is only possible also by a computer NPCs. I don't have the skills to play this game any more and I do not have the time to be able to figure out (blindly I might add) how to improve. I am spending most of my time running away, jumping to another system, jumping back and hoping that I don't have another NPC gunning for me. Its boring and I am sick of having to do it just to survive.
Sorry needed to unburden
