Grade 5 FSD range enhancement is available from Felicity Farseer and Elvira Martuuk. The pages list what you need for these people, and what you need for the upgrades. You need to grind up with each engineer separately to get access to better kit.

For the FSD range extension, the point of pain are the Yttrium and the Polonium, since these are very rare and cannot be transferred between players.

I currently have a few items to give to whoever can use them. I'll hang on to them until I need the cargo space (not likely anytime soon) or get blown up (hopefully not anytime soon either .... "knock on wood").
