Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Greetings, I'm new to the forum so I can't send a PM to an admin.
I was in Okinura headed to the HiRES to participate in the CG when I was interdicted by an NPC in a Cobra Mk IV. Obviously, I opened fire and soon after his two buddies, also NPCs, jumped in the battle in their Asp Explorers. Nothing my Clipper can't handle, right? After finishing off the last Asp, I was immediately attacked by a wing of 3 CMDR Federal Assault Ships. Already weakened by the NPC pirates, I died pretty much instantly. Unfortunately, I could only muster a single screenshot. (I don't think I can post it because of name and shaming)
Back at the station, I met him again attempting to enter the mailslot. I asked him why he killed me, but he immediately turned back and boosted away.
I'm pretty sure I was in the Mobius private group and not Open as I checked in the pause menu after respawning. Is there a way to report this incident?

This has apparently been on going for a few hours now. Wish I had gotten screens. Was ganked by a wing of three twice in an hour in Okinura around midnight Pacific time.

Mobius is on it. After the patch, they wll be taken care of.

and people wonder why they dont like playing in open when they come into a pve group and do this

In open they have people who can outfly them and take them down. They come to Mobius for the 'easy pickings'. It's a sad mentality, but it's also literally that of the school bully. If you think the CGs can be chaos in Mobius... In open they are hell...

Seems like there are more of these people around in Okinura, someone at the station reported being attacked by a wing of 3 FDLs.
