And if Christmas is not your Jam, then Happy Sales at the store leading up to this holiday time where others are celebrating and you are just happy to get a few days off.

Have a great Crimbo all!
And if you are partaking in the boxing day sales spare a moment to think of the people who are not at home/out with family but having to work. Maybe make their day by thanking them for working over this festive period

I would also like to shout out all the essential services (doctors, nurses, police, fire, ambulance, power, water etc) who are working Christmas day. You are the best!

/makes a new T-shirt: I Survived the Great WINEcedent of 2015.
Came back after the last shop till next week. As we were putting stuff away the wife put a nice bottle of Chardonnay on the wine rack. Unfortunately, the bottle had no shoulder and slid and fell to the tile floor. And exploded.
Casualties: 1 pair of slippers, 1 microwave oven, 2 Christmas gift bags (The bottles of Red wine inside were not injured), 1 5 year old DECT handset of the three we have, and one strand of Christmas lights that shorted when the wine hit the wall outlet and tripped the circuit.
It's all cleaned up now, and we are moving ahead with festivities. But we will never forget the sacrifice that bottle made in making sure this was a Christmas to remember.
