Where are the rules for Mobius PvE posted?

Am I missing it, or do we have a stance on kill stealing? Just got an inquiry, and said that I personally couldn't be bothered and would move on if someone got upset.

I don't think there is a policy....I think it's just down to you.....
I normally contact the other person and ask them if they are on a mission and how many they want and tell them what I need.....
I have done this over the past 2 days when someone else has been in the nav.....We normally work it out between us.....
Almost got into an argument over who should take what the other day......
Nah you have it....No I insist you take it....No you need more you take it......No you have it....LOL
Also depending on the other persons skill level and newness I also have offered to strip shields and let them get the kill.....
BIG thing at the moment though is players not showing as hollow...So the person may not even know there is another Cmdr about unless he scans them......

Oow, hope that wasn't me, was at a Comp Nav Beacon yesterday, didn't notice there was a CMDR until I scanned them (and after had I killed a few ships that were being attacked by other ships), hailed them but got no response, so tried to stay out of their way.
If I stole a kill (I don't think I did) apologies
