Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I am shade blind, I can see colors but shades tend to blend into each other. As I explore I find I have issues with the orange mainly because if I'm near a star I basically loose a lot of my HUD because I can't see it against the star.

Anyone have a good color combination for their HUD? I heard there was a way to change it

i used it and have a mainly blue HUD now, much prefer to the orange

Well this is so simple I hope they will add it in future versions into the game as ingame menu, come on even old final fantasy games had this

I played around with the hud color changer for a while but I could just not get past the fact that on the radar friendlies were almost always red and ship I was in combat with were almost always a shade of the new hud color.

Well I played with it again and actually I don't really mind having a hot pink hud if it means enemies are red and good guys are blue. IDK it would all depend on how well the scheme reacts to lowering the intensity.
