I know Fusang has a good selection... and Pythons for sale, though I had to bounce about for the A shields and 3G beams. Not sure how close that is to the area you're looking, at work so can't check map for something closer if it isn't.

Between NLTT 8653 and Sak Manka next door, you can get one, and A grade it with ease. They are about 11 ly apart. Seamans Landing in NLTT 8653 and Impy Vision in Sak Manka you can even do an Anaconda, Python, Clipper, T7 or more. Super system for that.

Python atw, mines kitted purely for combat running pulses, PA and Rails, just a shame you can't get class 3 rail guns.
Had FDL for 2 days, then sold it.
