Ah - when you say over charged do you mean modified with engineers etc?
If so is there a decent build for the vulture for 30m or so without engineer modifications etc as I’ve no idea how to use them.

As far as I know, the un-engineered stats haven't changed too much since thread start ... have they? In any case, you may use the older posts as a rough guide.
Note that there may be slight changes in (un-engineered) modules when Beyond drops, the update that may come during march. They mentioned something about rebalancing certain modules, no details known though.

I would suggest you have a look at the builds posted in this thread, choose whatever looks best to you, and try it. Your own experience is most important, since it depends on your preferred style of flying and fighting. Just have a go!

PS. – Yes, "Overcharged" and such are engineer modifications.
