Need help finding a Vulture!!

Hey guys, finally got up the money to buy a vulture and now I can't find one anywhere!! I've looked in about 16 stations across 11 or so systems 120 ly apart!! I CANT find one! I am in Eravate at the moment. Thanks

Yeah as Nanosomo mentioned, Shinrarta Dezhra (founders world), Jameson Memorial - but you have to have the permit. And all ships there are 10% off!
