As I haven't been in an instance with anyone from my friendslist yet, can anyone tell me if we show up as green hollows on each others radar?

Yes we do.

You are of course referring to the conflict zones, n'est-ce pas?

Not only. Like NPC's, they'll be green if they're from a faction you're allied or friendly with. Otherwise they'll be neutral (amber).

Yeah, AFAIK, the only difference between a friend and a regular PC is seen in the contacts list and at the top of the comms window: a friend will be named while a PC will be shown by its ship type until scanned.

Thank you again Flip. This is better than nothing suppose. But who has time to open text comms, or the contacts menu for that matter, as you race through the letterbox?

It would be better if I could spot an old friend at a glance on the radar me thinks.
