How do I report a killer/ganker?

I've checked all over the place, FAQ, Policy etc and there doesn't seem to be a form or contact detail.
I got killed by another member, they interdicted me and killed me in two or three shots before I could even jump away, I only submitted to the 'diction because I assumed it was an NPC. I have a screenshot of them.
