Couple more days of credit farming and I am going to head on down and help out. Figure I should be good to go by Friday. Anywhere down there to get a decent ship or 3 and kit them out?

I assume the Platform only has Small and Medium platforms?
I guess I could park my Type 7 at another station in the system and do some more missions from Mobius in a Cobra.

Anyone know if a Clipper can land on a Medium pad? I'm guessing not.

I read a rant on the official forum from someone who took a naval progression mission to deliver something to an outpost, and found out when he got there that he couldn't dock his Clipper.

People just can't be bothered to check these things themselves any more and expect everything to be done for them and just follow the big blue arrow.

Is the background sim fixed? I heard that you can get them to 0% but they still own/run/have influence on the station.

I have no idea if it is going to have any effect or not, the good news is we are having some sort of impact, SRF are now down to 5.7%, so something is working :D

When you say it's down to 5.7%, is that after you ran more mission for them, or did you simply check?

I ask, because I always check when I start and end my gamin session, and it never changes in that interval. But a change always appears the day after. So it looks like the influence is computed once a day (or night, rather) instead of live. Do you see the same?

I check as soon as I start the game and again at the end, and like you say, it doesn't seem to change straight away, hopefully I have knocked another bit off them after the runs I did this afternoon. :D
