Arissa Lavigny-Duval: RES, Conflict Zones etc. in her sphere

Postby uvelius » Wed Jun 17, 2015 8:37 am

Where are juicy RES and Conflict Zones, or even those fighting areas for harvesting merits in Arissa Lavigny-Duvals sphere of influence?
There is a Reddit thread (link, Link to a Wiki style list with explanations), but post your own experiences here!
Please post your recommendations and experiences here so that followers of her know where to hunt (and hopefully meet other players to wing up :) ).
Thanks!

Two areas that look promising from the Wiki, not tested yet:
System Intensity Security Notes
HIP 20277 (4, 6, 7) High/Low High Popular With Many Players. Fabian City: Excellent Outfitter
Lambayeque High/Med/Low Low HiRESx2, LowRESx2, MedRESx1. 50 LS from an outpost. All Imperial aligned

I fight in conflict zones in Rurema since the station is very close.

SEKH and FINTIA have really decent RES. I managed to make 4.5M in 45 min + 400k in mission payout.

I can never see any ships when I drop in a RES, do you just keep dropping in and out until you get dropped in a populated one?

It may take a couple of minutes for them to appear. It also helps to navigate close to the marker as it usually triggers more spawns.

just want to report in Vaka system. Two stations, one a big coriolis "Zenbei Orbital." "Vaka Citizens of Tradition" are the Imperial sided small faction here.

At least one RES and one High-Intensity RES. LOTS of rings though, and belt clusters but I'm no miner. I hit it all with a mid-level discovery scanner just to see what pinged out. I'll post a pic when I get the chance. Best news about this place is where it's located - far galactic north and near other opposing factions. Saw three Winters craft on my way in. And the stations are really close to the sun and RES spots. All within 1100ls of the star.

Yeah, Vaka has been my sweet spot for quiet a while ( since March I think). You'll find Zenbei Orbital is also decently equipped in outfitting section and has 15 ships stocked including both diamondbacks, python and conda

EDIT: typos

yep, my thoughts exactly Ozzy. For trade Zenbei works rather well with the surrounding systems, but man the combat in the area is quite intense.

And I'm not sure if it's because I finally got into a dedicated "transport" or the location, but running cargo through there is a blast. I had at least one interdiction every time coming into port. And I don't b-line it for the station either, I go ways away, but usually about 20ls out they get me lol.
