To me it feels like Patreus is using Federate Corporate methods, only coated with our laws and terminology.

Not sure I like Patreus. He is too overt in his financial dealings, smells like Ego, a little too federal for me.
Now Arissa, I could follow. Very Imperial in her activities, a true daughter of the empire. Well either that or a Bastard with an agenda.

I just don't trust Patreus, he has his own agenda and it isn't for the good of the Empire, only for the good of Patreus.
I'll prob be fighting for the People’s Quivira for Equality Party - if they get the CZ's working

Patreus also openly speaks against Arissa Lavigny, now, and supports Emperor’s Grace. It's becoming quite obvious that his actions only serve his goal to get in power. I'll support the people of Quivira.

Patreus is an honest man, he's quite open about being in it just for the money and power, plus he has bitchin' facial hair. Okay, so if he manages to get into the Emperor's chair he'll probably be a nightmare dictator, but at least with him you know exactly where you stand. The others? I'm sure they have hidden agendas, and poor facial hair.

Also, Senator Patreus .... maybe because he was too busy grooming his facial hair .... has made a tactical error in this attempt to extort Quivira
He's positioned his base of operations 28,000Ls from System Entry..... whereas the Quivira supporters are about 28Ls

I agree, i'm too lazy to trovle 28k ls to get money.
Only problem:
Broken Conflict Zones make for a great event.
