Looking for a spot near arth

hi everyone !
I used to hunt in a high intensity res in LHS 2310 system but i found really few wanted people and most of times it's sidewinder or adder, so i ask you : Do you know a good spot for bounty hunt near ARTH system ?
I have already been in I CARINEA and i found the spot really good but it's an indepedant system and i prefer hunt in a federal system for my reputation.
I hunt in a diamond back scout and i think i'll buy a vulture in a few day so I hope you will help me to find the spot of my dream !
