I'm back in Alignak now (for some Alliance bountys) Changed the Class 2 pea shooters (Multi-Cannons) to Class 2 gimballed Cannons and I must say it's now some kind of pleasure to send NPC:s to the void with my Cobra.

Asps, Dropships, Pythons.. Just drive under the belly and do some big holes in the hull :-D

I have a couple of ideas to organize our group even further and to plan events :)

Since each wing has the limit of 4 wingman, we could make TS voiced organized rank-balanced wings to strengthen tactics on such events as CZ, NAV, RES, etc

Also, since Lugh is a much visited system we could use one of the stations to mark as HQ and schedule the time of certain days for gameplay and adventure.

What do you guys think ? :D

Very good idea. Especially for a casual like me it is not practical to waste precious time for travelling to the next far-away meeting point instead of doing some proper fighting.

Tried it as well, the ammunition is quite an issue though. Seems to be much more ammo-hungry then MCs (aiming carefully with both types of course). Had quite a pleasing first run with the C3 fixed cannon on my vulture, though. Lower ammo but very effective it seems.

Great idea. I like the sound of having a base of operations. If other people are willing also.

Personally I would also like to try some airshow style formation display flying for screenshots and a video. You know, just for the fun of trying it. I'd love to play camera man. Be nice to see 3 Vipers flying a tight formation. Even the design of the Eagle lends itself really well for something like that.

Got to say, last night was awesome 2 pythons with viper escorts entering the high intensity. I'm definitely up for some more tonight if any one is around. if more than four of us, maybe we could split into 2 wings? great flying with verz and zeph last night :)

Lugh as a base in fine with me, it's pretty central and stations are not too far from the star. I'll move my viper here too later tonight.

I'll definitely be on tonight. Already have clearance for launch from the missus :P

Making a trip to Leesti to collect my eagle first though. Guess I need to buy a Sidey and sell it on arrival at Leesti.

Speaking of wing fleets, what do you guys think of the balanced ranked wings?I love the ingame voice comms, but communication between 2 Wing Leaders should be interesting with TeamSpeak ^.^

I don't if this will work, but it's worth the try xD

I will probably be online at that time (that's my normal playtime anyway) and thankfully I'm already in Lugh (went there to testdrive my new Vulture).

BTW: There's an error in the CMDR list. It should be Rhaze.
