Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hi

I'm currently sitting on a refinery with 4 bins, I would like to minimize the amount of raw product I have to vent.
I see I have the option to buy another refinery & was thinking of buying another 4 bin one. My question is, would this give me usage of all 8 bins?

Never mind, It must have been a bug. I'm no longer getting the option to buy a second refinery, seems the limit is 1.
