Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hello All,
with 1.3 coming and the release of 2 more mineable minerals/metals i have decided to share some of the locations i've either found or found information out about of the best known mining locations currently in game in habitable space; probably going to upset some folks by doing this.

All of these systems have Pristine Reserves and Metallic Rings (best combination), some don't have the landing facility for large craft and some are anarchy systems.

Maybe we can sometimes go mining together as a Mobius Group. Some "sheepdogs" with powerfull RES-hunting ships take care while the others melt some rocks

I have just found only Pristine metallic ring belts, but not in Planets.

Well Chamas (heard about it on open reddit post) was my homebase at release and I've gone back a couple of times, and it's still pristine metallic rings. What is nice is that the station there buys most the stuff 5-10% above base rate and sells mining kit. I have also found painite in those rings as well, glorious glorious painite!

Mined a few tons of painite in umaitis. but the 6200k ls trip to station and back is kinda boring. Also noticing about a 40% collector fail rate so far so when I mine its like grab what you can n matter the value before the collectors self detonate! Also noted that not moving while collection works better too or backing away from the asteroid.

Edit: Almost a complete lack of platinum in Umaitis as well.

I've been mining in HIP 93377 since it was anarchy. Now it's a federation system with pristine metal rich/metallic/ice/rocky rings and planets all to choose from. High Tech Refinery system, and one jump from Jonai which is another High Tech system. The pristine metallic ring is only 14ls from the main large station iirc. There is 1 station, and 2 outposts here that always offer lots of mining missions, any many other types as well. The minor factions tend to be at war here as well, so if mining gets boring there's always a high/low/haz RES, and high/low combat zones to choose from as well. You can buy everything you need here or in Jonai the neighboring system.

I usually play late at night and I am always down for a chill mining wing or some sort. Feel free to add Microdia Kinslayer to your friends and send me a message to burn some rocks together!
