when you say there's a cap... what were you talking about? cash-out daily cap or influence?

Must be an influence cap, its a certainty you can cash it all in.

I guess turning in exploration data fills one of the buckets when calculating the bgs tick.
The size of this bucket is determined by a system/group population.
Tiny population = tiny bucket.

Basically once you have filled up the daily influence bucket for a faction everything else you hand in has no effect, you still get the cash, etc, but it has no effect on the factions standing.
