Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Out of curiosity, here is a question for you Elite traders. What kind of payout do you get from smuggling missions in average?

I have been doing them for 4 weeks now and i get something between 30k to 200k; I think average is like 40k to 60k.

Interesting. That's pretty much what I get at merchant rank. I guess that saves me the pain of ranking up to try and get bigger payouts! Are you Elite rank?

Yup, i keep getting similar payouts but the average is a bit higher though.

I used to smuggle between kamadhenu - hip 20277 and one more system nearby.

Usual missions go from 30 to 300k, most of which were around 90-120k

No not at all yet. I am only merchant i think but i ranked up with a few systems now. I think it helps being alied.

Okay so nobody who responded here is Elite in rank? I just realised Broker is just a rank above me, what I am trying to find out is whether a higher rank affects the smuggling missions. Although I never had missions that offered 300k.

I seen smuggling missions that required more then trading ranks they also had ranks on combat and exploration. I think my highest pay out has been 200k on a single mission. Rank helps but what helps a lot is reputation with local governments.

I know, I'm trying to pinpoint specifically how the trade rank affects them though, since you can't take some unless you have a certain rank.
