Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Good tidings, y'all.

Name's Roseus. I am super new to the game. I'm mostly interested in bullying npc's and exploration but have done next to nothing on the latter. Anyhows, I bit off more than I can chew and now my dinky Viper 3 is up against an angry Fer-de-Lance pirate and keeps molesting me in space. It is then I realized that bullying pirates for a living is probably more fun with a wingman around and I heard about this group on Steam so here I am.

PS. is it too early for me to join a powerplay faction? I want to join up with the qt Aisling Duval and her meme war against the universe.
