Hi There,
Ezekiel in Forum, CMDR [SGI]-Ezekiel InGame.
Have played a little to the game some years ago then i closed it due to RL issue, But now, I'm Back in Space
But thegame seems to have change a lot !
When i played, there was no power play at all, i ve stopped before. Now, 'Im lost, and it seems my ship is now outdated, i think i may make some money to buy a fresh one, to replace my good'ol Vulture.

Wow..... you stopped playing before PP huh? That was certainly a long time ago! Many great enhancements have come out since then. Enjoy all the new goodies!

The learning curve in E-D is pretty darn steep, so be sure to ask a lot of questions. We're here to help!

I ve tried to make a small mission to earn about 150K, destroying 16 Ships in a High Conflict Zone, and wow, was pretty destroyed by some vipers MK III, that disabled my aiming systems etc but i have successfully win the mission and earn some money, gonna take ages to be able to buy a new up to date ship

150k is like two viper mk3 kills in a RES site.

Currently I recommend staying out of cz's, profit margin for massacre missions are shit, ignore them and CZ's are still quite buggered.

A vulture is still a very kick ass ship, I personally alternate between my Corvette and it.
Granted I have been playing almost daily since the release of wings..

If you want I could easily take you along with me, answer some questions etc.
My usual group seems to be busy coughing and limping at the moment so I'm all in me lonesome.

I will however have to have you on Discord with me, I'l send server details if you are interested.
I have the luxury of playing in VR and text typing is next to impossible in a timely fashion.
Not really so much for VR as having to lean over the HOTAS to type..

Would be glad to be a wingman for you, but, even on discord, mEnglish is not my natural language (I'm French, so it will be difficult for me to speak fluently with somebody on a vocal server :/) but hell, you can have 2 beams continuously firing without losing power oO i have only one, and i can only fire some second before running out of Energy and reload (approx 10-15 seconds of firing)

Btw, i will gladly take some advice on what to do, and how to fit my vulture to be able to take cobra and condas down

Granted my Vulture has benefited from having pretty much unlocked and maxed out every engineer out there, so it's dolled up to eleven, or as close as I could get it. (seriously 560ms boost )

But you don't need to mod everything to lvl 5 to be better than good.
The biggest change would be getting some thermal resists on your shields, allowing you to stay in the fight longer.

But two beams with lvl 5 efficient as you can see are good fun
Also need a high level power plant overcharge just to fit two beams on...

English is my second language as well, granted I can't say I'm not proficient, my french however is utterly non existent.
I won't hold it against you, if you don't hold that against me.

Fire off a friend request in game PM and we can set something up.
Heck I might just bring you along with the A-team, we always like to meet fresh meat new friends.

Language difficulties are always easily solved when the booze starts flowing. An hour or so in, there's not an A-Team member online who can speak English competently.*
