Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Played Elite when the first one came out 30 years ago. Didnt really get into the 2 games after that. Tried EVE Online and that didn't do anything for me, hoping Elite Dangerous will.

I do however have my doubts and they are growing. Please dont F**k up FD.

You won`t be disappointed, this game is starting to feel fantastic. The gamma is working flawlessly for me. Only had one server connection error in the last three and half hours. There is plenty to do, and I`m sure the final release will be even better.

Hello JM and welcome. I played Eve for about 4 1/2 years but found it kind of boring. Soon as I heard about the new Elite I was out out of there, this is much more interesting imo. Hope you enjoy it too

Thanks all. Yes EVE seem to get worse not better. With Elite i want a game like the original expanded universe with better graphics. I like what im seeing so far, the "No Offline Mode" has annoyed me a bit as in Seychelles there is no unlimited broadband and its slow especially after 11pm.

I will soldier on and try im just going to get used to the game as i suspect a wipe will happen around final release as i suppose this seems fair for everyone.

I joined this group for the very reason of playing the environment, if i wanted a space shooter there are tons of them out there.

Please FD deliver what me and all the old timers want.
