Hello from Sweden

Greetings all!
Introduction, well, in the real world I´m 45 yrs with a wife and two sons (who´s chins are still left on the floor from when I showed them how Elite looked like on the C64 I played it on in the mid 80´s). I live just north of Stockholm, Sweden.
Why PvE? First of all, I´m not against PvP but I think that my main reason to, at least initially, opt out of it is simply the fact that I don´t have all that much time to invest in amassing in-game money to afford the risk of loosing substantial parts of it to random acts of piracy/ganking/whatever. I don´t mind PvP, but I want it to be consensual. I´m sure there are ways to mitigate the risks and as time goes by I probably will dip my toes into the Open Group environment but not from the start. Also, while I certainly enjoy some dogfighting from time to time I always gravitate back to trading/missions/exploring which I´d like to do in peace and quiet.
