Hello everyone,

I recently joined this group so I thought an introduction might be in order. I have lived 34 Earth revolutions around its star and I am a huge fan of quality sci-fi and fantasy (subjective, I know ;-)). I love gaming (mostly RPGs and tough games like Dark Souls), although I have many other interests (MTB, crafts, modelling, writing, design and reading) so I do spend most of my time AFK. I come from Czech Republic - Prague, so I am playing on EU Mobius group. Love to chat so feel free to drop me a line or a hundred. :-) I have a discord account too.

I have currently fully kited Cobra Mk III and smuggling my way towards the Asp. Next step would probably be learning combat. Although I am totally frustrated by how ship armour works now. :-)

Fly safe, aim to please and shoot straight.

Greetings and welcome to Mobius, Commander Aurynn

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already Image.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius (based at Rafferty's Mobius station in the Azrael system). We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.

Welcome to Mobius, commander Aurynn.

The Cobra is a great little smuggler (fast and maneuverable) and is no doubt making you good money while you save for an Asp. :)

Oh indeed, cobra is great. Although I just bought Diamondback Explorer to cut on the number of jumps needed. I am the sort of gamer who wants to experience all aspects of the game so I will probably try most of the ships in various builds and roles.

I should say too that I do not like elitism and min-maxing in games (although I do not shy off a good and fair PvP challenge). So you wont probably see me flying the "netbuilds". Or logging on and off to get the best missions. I am happy to fly 350ly for far less than the optimal amount. Or spend serious cash just to try a build or ship.

That being said, I hope that the game will evolve to allow for some truly original builds and styles and even careers like some player driven ones.
