I guess I should add a bit of background.
Member of the '84 club. Didn't play FE or FE2 due to having an Atari ST and no shops near me that sold a copy! Then Uni took priority and I moved on.
Have waited for 'Elite 4' for many many years, have seen a lot of rumours, and false dawns, and played the heck out of the X3 series (Reunion and Terran Conflict in particular) while I waited.
After the abomination that was Reunion, I jumped on board with the Alpha of Elite Dangerous and think its developed very very nicely.
I am patient with the game, and can see the wider picture of what it will become with development. As it stands, am loving it anyway, having pumped 110 hours into it which is rare for me outside of the X series.
I enjoy combat, but I like to enjoy it on my terms, as in when I want. I am not a l33t player with delusions of competitive play, and so have been happy to take on NPCs as they come.
Moreso, I am an explorer. I enjoy spending hours chasing parallax stars and finding that final last missing planet. I know this is boring to many, but to me it IS Elite, feeling like a small dot in a very large universe with a feeling of freedom to go where I want.
I will NOT attack anyone while playing in Mobius, unless there is some consented event to play a bit of PvP, but I doubt I would even sign up for that. I look forward however to coming across other players, hailing them and wishing them good fortune.
Coop missions definitely would be my bag. If the game allows for it, and you see me, feel free to hail me to see if I fancy gunning some NPC mother down, or helping with some ingame conflict situation.

Have read your posts kn the forum. Kudos, for them.
I was 14, when Elite landed on my C64, and there were many nights that Lights did not went down in my room, while hunting bounty and scooping "lost" Cargo......
