Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I'm really grateful for all the work the originators/"leaders" of the Elite PvE / MOBIUS group have put in to enhancing playability through the provision and growth of this "PvE-mainly" group -- I hope I understand correctly that, even within this group, since people may support different Powers, PowerPlay "in-game events" such as Fortification vs Undermining might still put people in opposition, but it is assumed that you go into these situations well knowing you might get blown up..?!? (ie PvP)

I'm nowhere near confident to engage like that yet, so I'm nowhere near needing to "worry" about it now..

Well, please DO correct me if I'm wrong, and Mobius is a "pure PvE" player-group (which then would "require" play of PowerPlay Fort./Und. in Solo instead?).. O.o

In any case, given as much "griefing" (and chicken-$#!+ "combat logging"!) some idiots are prone to, I'm glad for the complete removal of any need to be concerned or worry about getting "ganked" by some power-trip kiddie (LOL) .. while I'm still puttering about in my Sidey!

I keep an active account in both the Frontier Forum and INARA, both under the same Cmdr name, so I should be easily found..

So to clarify (but please do take the time to read the Policy page) PVP is only allowed in conflict zones (CZ), and even there are rules as outlined within the policy. There is nothing within the Power Play process that allows or facilitates PVP within the Mobius group, and as such things like undermining or crime sweeps still do not allow for PVP.

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius (based at Rafferty's Mobius station in the Azrael system). We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.

Just for further clarification, you are completely free to take part in Power Play in Mobius and to kill as many NPCs as you wish, but Commanders are not allowed to attack other Commanders outside of combat zones (as detailed in the policy) even for Power Play reasons.

Thank you for the clarification, Sir. I am grateful for your assistance, new as I am..!
I have reviewed the Pilot Policy e-doc and thumb-scanned my formal acceptance; I will be sure to review the other materials across the MOBIUS Wing Recruits' Intranet in due course.

I can confirm, Sir, that I:
+ have previously registered in the FB system;
+ just recently posted a Comms note on the BB for inclusion to the All-Wing Members' List;
+ am presently updating my helmet's firmware with the recommended TS3 software package, so hopefully will be able to LIVE-test the ship-to-wing comms enhancements on the next outing.

Unfortunately, Sir, I must report a "no-go" on the Discord Uplink -- system returned an error of "Invalid".
Thought yourself and/or the other Wing Leaders should know..
