Hi all, thanks for having me
I'm Carl a 45 year old fart from Leeds UK. Only been with the beta since a few days before B3 so quite new to this. My Elite history only dates back to Frontier on the Atari ST, since my 8bit computer choice was an Atari 400/800 and they never saw fit to release the original on that machine
I hope to see some of you flying about or perhaps bump into you in a docking port.

Welcome Commander, enjoy the group and the boards. Now when you say "bump" into are we talking physically as in crash?

Well it's happened once or twice. and usually ends with me slammed into the station wall spinning like there's no tomorrow.

45 too, BBC Micro Elite. Just got into PC gaming because of Elite: Dangerous
