CMDR Bam

Just a quick 'Hi I'm New' post.
I have been playing since Christmas, and have been signed up to Mobius for most of that time, however I haven't spent that much time in the group. I first played Elite on an Acorn Electron when it first came out on cassette, so that gives you some idea of my age. I have been waiting for this game since then, I thought maybe EVE was it when that was released, but sadly no, even though it is an awesome game.
I do love a bit of PvP, but there is a time and a place for it. I get fed up to the back teeth of all the 'I love the taste of your tears, oh sweet tears posts' that started in EVE and have followed to ED. Usually from the nerdy kids who got bullied at school who have now found a bit of power with their mates. The worst kind are the ones who try to justify it as roleplay, 'lolz we just pwnd yor hawler in our condaz for not having a permit..' etc You know who I mean. Eddjits
Anyway, rant over.
I like to trade, blow up bad guys, trade some more to pay for my losses, currently flying an Anaconda and a Vulture, trying to decide whether to go for the great Sag A trip. I know a week into the trip they will release 1.3 and I will want to come home....
Just a warning though, if you see me around a station trying to dock/undock I would give me a wide berth as I am usually 2 sheets to the wind when flying
I might jump on TS later and see if anyone is about.
