Welcome to everybody new to the group...such a great bunch of people here already. I keep forgetting to try teamspeak (iPad changed that to tea speak which also sounds interesting) even though I've got it set up and ready to go.
I gave a Greetings Commander to Cmdr Zuel last night and got a cheery hello in return. Kind of makes you feel warm inside.

First played Elite back in the 1980's on the Acorn Electron and then Atari ST and Amiga versions of Frontier. Loving ED most of the time and looking forward to helping out my fellow commanders.

thought it was time i joined over here, AndyB(EDB50) on the frontier forums. I've been a backer since 15 minutes after i first saw the kickstarter
i chose PvE as its less stressful, i don't mind PvP and often fight in the conflict zones but for day to day stuff like trading and bounty hunting i much prefer PvE.
I'm flying an anaconda and with 17,600 minutes online and 1400 kills since standard beta i'm probably on more than most
if you'd like to add me as a friend in game my CMDR name is Andy Bulman

Hello Commanders, and welcome. I'll try to start adding names into my friends list. Feel free to add me as well if you like. Hopefully the more were add each other as friends, the more we will be instanced together, though I don't know if it will really make any difference when playing in a group. I kind of feel it should be automatic.

Hi everyone.
I'm in my twenties and reside in the UK.
I decided to join this group to make some friends and to be able to play with a friendly group of pilots. I'm still learning the ropes of the game and I would like to try everything it has to offer.
While PVE is my main focus, I also wouldn't be opposed to going onto the open server with a group of friends and engaging other players.
At the moment I'm really looking forwards to exploration.
