Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I'm 36, concept artist and teacher from France.
old fan of Frontier Elite II (yes it was a looooong time ago, in this very galaxy)
I started very recently, and I'm really not into PvP...
So I was glad when a friend of mine told me about this group.

I know the feeling. I have no desire to be a target for people whose only fun is destroying what others have. I prefer to be in a group that I know or has the same goals.

Hi, Cmdr Azar here. I started playing Elite again after a year, mainly doing cargo and passenger runs in my humble ASP. I'm looking forward to playing with other cmdrs who enjoy PvE.

I've had/been playing elite for about a year and a half now (with a really long break in the middle) and I'm just getting back into it.
I mainly decided to seek out a pve group because I genuinely like playing with other players, but enjoy the cooperative aspect of player interaction paired with npc enemies far more than I enjoy pvp. I tend to get into the roleplaying of the game, and having other players blast me out of the sky for no discernible reason (not even a "drop your cargo") was getting a little old.

I'm 50+ in age, so most of my partying is already out of my system. I am a Veteran, served in the U.S. Army as a Heavy Armor Mechanic/Recovery Specialist. I'm looking forward to meeting and gaming with new people. I have been married for 21 years to the lady of my dreams. Sadly she doesn't game, but she doesn't mind if I do. G'day guys n gals. Flatkat signing in here. Just joined your group for a bit of human interaction of the non pvp type. I'm 43, Australian and an ex builder with 3 spinal fusions due to work injury. So I have plenty of time for gaming at least . I've only been playing ED for about 2mnths and am starting to get the hang of it. I mostly enjoy exploring and trading and am a complete numpty when it comes to warfare. I play on PS4 pro and look forward to getting involved with Mobius activity and hope to say G'day in space sometime.

Fairly newish, but lonnnnng time lover of space sims, I explore, truck around whatever pays best and only occasionally explode in the process. Definitely down for community activities, CGs.... not so much. I'm on ps4 currently. My goto is my Python, everything depends on cash and mood. Happy to help tho I'm hardly the instructing sort, PS players can feel free to add me, I usually play in open unless I'm grinding on some crevice of a station.

Hello, and thank you for accepting me into Mobius. I recently joined Eurasia PvE (the right one, I hope).

I discovered Elite: Dangerous while shopping for a joystick to use with WWII sims. Been playing E:D since August, life has never been the same.

On my first venture into Open, I was hoping to make positive connections with other pilots. Instead, I found myself swiftly decimated in my home system by a player who was RP as a "terrorist," which was soul-crushing as he was using overwhelmingly engineered firepower on my humble ship. After 500 hours in Solo mode, I felt space was too lonely and desolate, but did not wish to swim with sharks in Open. Glad I opted for PvE, and hope to see some of you out there.
