Hello I'm Daffy, CMDR Kyle Kent in game I am American I work as a Marine Vessel Agent in the real world and deal with people from all over the world and its great! In game I am a bounty Hunter and trade vessel protection agent for my friends when they need it, and most of the time you can find me bobbing in and around the binjia systems RES's and carr orbital or systems close by still a very basic player still earning money to be able to go out and do any community stuff don't have a grip on the whole game but I'm an ok pilot for combat and will help if I'm able to. OH! if you come across a Federal Assault ship with the name Black Sunshine (yes its a rob zombie song reference) you found me:D

Been playing only a short couple of months so far, but I really love the game. I play mostly at night but sometimes early or late evening also.
I wanted to get into a PVE group as, with a lot of other MMOs I've played in the past years, I find there is always that certain type of player in PvP that wants to ruin the game for others. Plus I'm really not that great at combat against other real players. LOL.

Hi fellow CMDR's,

42 year old guy living in Geelong, Australia who works as a Facilities Manager. Go by the name CMDR Phade Badasaar on ED and Chris in RL. Had a penchant for gaming since I was a kid, originally played Elite on Commodore 64 when I was 10 years old after my brother brought it and thought, OMG wow

Didn't buy a PC until December 2016 which is when I purchased Elite Dangerous. This is the game I dreamed of as a youngster Awesome scale, beautiful and such depth, wish I'd brought a PC when I heard of the Kickstarter way back but hey ho.

Since playing ED I've stuck in around 100 hours (difficult to fit in serious game time around life, work and my 2 year old daughter). Brought an Adder, Cobra Mk III and Asp X (current) and am saving for a Python at present with $30 million in the bank. Trading, exploration and occasional limited PVE combat so far but am interest in trying out new stuff, hence joining Mobius and of course hearing what nice people you all are

Just joined Mobius PVE (have asked for the invite but has yet to be granted, been about a week or so).

Reason for joining is that I don't have a huge amount of time to play competitively and enjoy roaming the universe with like minds.

Greetings to all my fellow ED Commanders. I still think of myself as a pilot and not a commander. But this is mainly because I come from the flight sim community. I have according to the stats in game been playing a little over 4 days. I have a Cobra 111 and a T-6 (money maker). Plan on buying a Python as an Explorer/second cargo ship. I'm a 69 year gamer and even with working for a living in ED I find it immensely interesting. I've already had help with the game and quite a few questions answered from the main forums. But I assure you I'll have many more for here.

I am twice retired once from the USAF and once from civilian life. I look forward to interacting with everyone.

and check out our TeamSpeak servers or Discord (voice and text chat) servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.
