Hi all. CMDR Pytheas Kesley here. I'm a casual gamer and only got into PC gaming when I saw this on Kickstarter. I backed the game as I used to play for hours on an Electron in the 80's (That reminds me I need to visit Jameson).

I've only recently started playing seriously and I'm not a fan of PvP so this group is perfect. I'm in an Asp Explorer currently and grinding missions for credits and navy ranking.

I've not attempted any wing action yet and I quite enjoy hoping about systems nosing about.

Hey. Sciapodous here, started playing ED a couple of weeks ago and I'm absolutely hooked. Been looking for a community to play with since I started and this one looks ideal. Would much prefer to try things out in a private group type setting rather than getting ganked as seems to happen often in open... Anyway, still learning the ropes and trying to make enough credits to buy an ASP and go off exploring.

This game was gifted to me, but I've been anxious to play it on the Vive for awhile. The mixed reviews stopped me from dropping my own money on it, but now I'm glad I have it as it seems like it will be fun.

I play all my games co-op and generally dislike PvP. My favorite games (currently) are CS:GO, 7D2D, Empyrion, and Space Engineers. I hope to add ED to that list.

I have a few hours of solo play in but still have a lot to learn about ED. My closest experience to games of this type were the X-Wing/Tie Fighter games from the 90's and early 2000's (which I really liked). I look forward to learning more about this game and interacting with other pilots!

Hiya Everyone,

Roger is the name Cmdr Seko is the in game name. Didn't even know about this site or its origins until this morning but like so many, fed up being 'hit' by 'bigger and better' ships for no apparent reason, other than 'they can'! (114 ships I have lost over the past 20 months, albeit not all to 'hit men' )

Live in the UK, Mobius is full, so waiting to be accepted on its sister site. Love this game, just as much as the original from the 80's, and play it many hours.

Looking forward to meeting some of you online soon, and will return to this forum often
