Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I would like to do some PVP training. Do you have meeting places in a anarchy system that has a full base for repair. Were player fight till say some one is below 80%? Winner is the one that brings the other below 80%.That way you don't have to pay full insurance.

To avoid confusion no PvP at all is allowed outside conflict zones. But you can make appointments for meet ups in your own private groups here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=333
