CMDR Qpidstunt checking in

Hey Folks,
Just realised this forum existed and since I've been a member of the actual game's Private Group for ages I figured I really should join the group's forum
Not been on the 'Official Forums' since mid Beta as work has been bad, but was fairly active until then.
I got back into the whole Elite scene late in the Kickstarter, just managing to back it in time before Alpha was released so been there testing since the beginning, but as above, not managed to get much playtime in because RL has been hectic as well as work.
I'm a 40 something male from Peterborough, UK. Married with 2 semi adult kids and 2 dogs.
Been into gaming since the original Elite, in fact I completely hold DB accountable for my lifestyle as that was the game which started me down this road in the first place after seeing it on a friend's BBC Micro! I had to then get it for our family C64, and then on my Amiga 500 when that came out - been hooked on games ever since (much to my wife's dismay and often annoyance!).
I am a member of Steam under the Profile name of... "Qpidstunt" and have also just joined the group on there.
