Friendly greetings, CMDRs!

I'm CMDR Olifs, a casual player. I've joined the game's community about one year ago now and i sort of stopped playing almost completely a couple months after the war with Thargoids and I think it is because I learned that I needed to grind a lot for resources, and playing solo to avoid being ganked helplessly by other cmdrs, which did happen often enough while I was trying to complete PvE missions involving the xeno threat. It was annoying, and I have still encountered these people everytime I joined Open. There were however, normal humans in Open play as well during the event and it was a lot of fun flying with you folks as a new ED pilot.
I seen it mentioned in online forums about Mobius server and that normal people join these groups to have collective fun with game, my interest in this game has been revived! I hope that I am approved for eventual play, I do look forward to being able to fly past others in any instance, greet each other and not have to worry as much about malicious, dick-ish players.
