CMDR Zagz Reaper - out of cryo!

Greetings CMRs,
I’m a returning pilot who’s been on and off since the ED release. I’ve always preferred PvE over PvP in these kinds of games, so Mobius was my home back in the day, and I’m really happy to be back. I’m just not the min/max type or the one who enjoys getting ganked for no reason. That said, I did spend nearly 15 years in EVE living in 0.0 as part of a large corp, so I’ve definitely seen the other side of things.
Since I’ve been gone for a few years, I’m treating this renewed passion like it’s a brand-new game. Honestly, I’m discovering a lot of activities I hadn’t fully explored before. I just came back from a week-long exploration and exobiology trip to boost my credits a bit.
What really drew me back was the lack of a good, deep space sim out there. I used to fly with K/M but always got frustrated with the convoluted controls. This time around, I forced myself to learn on an Xbox gamepad, and I have to say the experience is much more enjoyable. I won’t lie, it took a good week or two to build new muscle memory, and even now I sometimes hit the headlights instead of supercruise.
Looking forward to meeting, greeting, and flying with anyone who wants some company.
