Hello Commanders,
I am Wolf, CMDR Dexter Wolf.
I started playing Elite on the C64 in 1986. Later I played FE2 on the Amiga. From the beginning I wished I could be able to play it together with some friends. We would be each others wingmen and fight and explore together.
Now finally that dream has come true. To get the most out of the game I am also thankful for the option to play in private groups.
I enjoy being challanged from time to time, as long as it fits into the lore of the game. Lulz killers don't fit into my understanding of that. So when I saw Mobius had announced a dedicated PvE group I immediately send a request to join. I also support the strict definition of dedicated PvP: Only having a mission contract on a player or being on opposite sides in an official conflict zone is an acceptable reason for an attack. Other factors like bounty limits are not well defined as there would always be room for argument to lower or raise said limits.
I expect the NPCs in ED to get more challanging by release time, so PvE will not be a piece of cake, either; so I strongly disagree with the notion playing in a private dedicated PvE group will be the easy way. There will just not be as much eratic, game spoiling behavior!
And if I am not well liked by some faction in the game, who knows, maybe some of you will get a contract to hunt me down.
If that should happen just keep in mind: I will be ready!
